GI is a professional real estate firm with more than 10 years of consulting experience in the Federal Government Real Estate market, its principals and several related companies controlled by two of its principals have been exclusively engaged in the US Federal Government leased property business since 1995. GI’s senior management team has over 70 years of collective real estate investment experience and over 50 years of US Federal Government leased property experience and has invested in and managed more than US $1 billion in real estate assets
